Italian Amarone – $13

This Italian wine, which is full-bodied, richly dry and a deep garnet color, has a long, lingering finish. It has a foundation of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes from the Veneto region. Notes of plum, sour cherry, raspberry and vanilla gradually marry with anise, bitter chocolate, coffee and fig tones that develop with age. Its depth, which is likened to Port (without the sweetness), comes from the addition of dried grapes during fermentation.

Washington State Merlot – $13

Well structured and balanced. The grape skins add expressive flavors of dark ripe plum, berries and silky tannins. Impressive.

Super Tuscan – $15

Our gold medal winner made from Cabernet, Merlot and Sangiovese grapes. A big, full-bodied wine with solid structure and bold fruit notes. Hints of cassis, plum, and cherry balance the bold tannins of this hearty red. French and American oak contribute toasty vanilla flavors and rich complexity.
